60-day product guarantee

We stand behind the identity and purity of every compound we ship. Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis. If what arrives does not match it, that is ours to fix.

Covered for 60 days from delivery:

• Material that does not match its Certificate of Analysis
• Damage in transit, or cold chain compromised on arrival
• Incorrect item, quantity, or concentration shipped

How it is resolved

For anything covered above: full refund or replacement, your choice, and return shipping is on us.

Unopened items may also be returned within 60 days for other reasons, with prior authorization. In that case return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Opened items can only be returned under the coverage above. Once a vial is opened, chain of custody is broken and the material cannot return to inventory.

Authorization is required

All returns require an RMA number before anything ships back. Contact us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted, processed, or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Discretionary resolution

We may resolve any order outside these terms at our sole discretion, including issuing a refund where this policy would not otherwise require one. Doing so in one instance does not create an entitlement, a course of dealing, or an obligation to do so again.

Research use

These materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use. Any indication that a product was administered to a human or animal voids this guarantee, and we may refund the order and close the account.
