Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and dispatch the goods. We may decline any order.

Prices, availability, and product information may change before an order is accepted.

Verification before dispatch

Every order is reviewed before it leaves our facility. We may request information about the purchasing entity and the intended research, and we may cancel an order and release any payment authorization if we are not satisfied that the purchase is appropriate.

No order is dispatched without passing this review.

Payment

Card payments are authorized when the order is placed and charged once the order clears review. If an order is not approved, the authorization is released and no charge is taken.

Where payment is made by bank transfer, the order is held until funds are received.

Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only as issued, within their stated expiry and usage limits, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for ensuring someone can receive temperature-sensitive shipments.

Import, export, and local rules

You are responsible for confirming that the materials may lawfully be received and held where you are, and for any duties, taxes, permits, or licences that apply. We may decline to ship to any destination.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from use of the materials outside their stated research purpose.

Account closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Research Use Terms, including any indication of human or veterinary use.
